| • 4030 Intercoat Clear là một chất trong suốt họ polyurethane, gốc nước, thường dùng chung với màu airbrush vẽ lên xe hơi hoặc các bề mặt cứng thường có độ va đập cao. 4030 Intercoat Clear có 2 chức năng chính: 1) làm sơn phủ bảo vệ mặt ngoài giúp tăng độ cứng cho bề mặt sơn, chống va đập gây trầy xước; 2) làm phụ gia trộn với bất kỳ màu Createx Colors nào để cải thiện hiệu suất phun và độ bền của lớp màu. • Được khuyến nghị sử dụng với: Auto Air Colors, Candy₂O, Wicked Colors và Createx Illustration Colors. • Sản xuất tại Mỹ. |
| Hướng dẫn sử dụng |
| • Trộn vào sơn theo tỉ lệ 10% hoặc nhiều hơn chút tuỳ theo. Trộn đều. Để có hiệu suất tốt nhất, hãy để hỗn hợp nghỉ tối thiểu 10 phút trước khi sử dụng. Lưu ý: 4030 không phải là chất pha loãng. Nên pha hỗn hợp thêm với 4012 Reducer hoặc 4020 Reducer khi cần làm làm tăng thêm độ chảy. • Candy₂O phải được trộn với 4030 để hình thành màu và đảm bảo sự đồng nhất của lớp phun. Chất kim loại và độ phân tán thuốc nhuộm trong Candy₂O sẽ được cải thiện đáng kể, chống đóng cặn khi phun lớp dày. Pha theo tỉ lệ 10% hoặc nhiều hơn. Lưu ý: phải sử dụng 4004 Transparent Base để làm rào cản ngăn giữa các lớp phun màu tiếp theo, vì 4030 của lớp sơn sau có thể kích hoạt lại thuốc nhuộm của lớp sơn trước khiến nó thấm ngược lên. • Thời hạn sử dụng của màu sau khi trộn với 4030 Intercoat đựng trong bình chứa là 48 giờ. Nếu giữ trong bình kín khí, hạn sử dụng sẽ để được lâu hơn. • 4030 giúp cải thiện dòng chảy khi tiếp xúc với bề mặt để có lớp sơn hoàn thiện cao cấp hơn. • 4030 khi khô cho ra bề mặt phẳng và cứng chắc hơn nhiều so với 4004 Transparent Base nên thường được dùng làm Lớp phủ bảo vệ trong suốt khi có thêm công đoạn dán keo chặn màu. |

| Usage |
| • Mix 10% per volume (9:1) or greater directly with paint. Mix well. For best performance, allow mix (including reducer if any) to acclimate for 10 minutes minimum prior to use. Note: 4030 is not a reducer as paint viscosity is not truly lowered. Use 4012 and 4020 Reducers along with 4030. • Candy₂O must be mixed with 4030 for color formation and coating integrity. Mix 10% or more. Metallic orientation and dye dispersion in candy₂O, is greatly improved as is the resistance to cratering when medium coats are applied. 4030 also promotes a more durable, scratch resistant finish after air drying. When 4030 is used as an intercoat over base candy₂O colors, 4030 should not be applied a second time as additional application of 4030 can re-activate first application allowing candy’s dyes to bleed though subsequent colors. Instead, use 4004 Transparent Base as a non-reactive barrier between subsequent candy applications. • 48 hour pot-life after mixing with 4030 Intercoat. Keep colors capped airtight after use. • When using a spray-gun and applying base color with an airbrush, 4030 improves flow upon contact with surface for a more level finish. |
